Ray Camilleri is a Director of The European College for North Africa. He has worked in the hospitality industry for the last 15 years operating an Indian restaurant. He attended Kingston College in London training as an engineer. |

Elaine Mortimer is the General Director of The European College for North Africa. Elaine has years experience in the travel, tourism and hotel catering in addition to lecturing in English and Business Communications at the Tourism studies in Malta and various English language schools. Elaine also lectured in management subjects including customer care, marketing, sales techniques and supervisory skills. Elaine holds a business diploma, PGCE in tourism studiesand is in the final stages of an MBA in hospitality from Oxford Brookes University in the U.K. Elaine is mastering in Multiple Intelligence theory and further education. Elaine is a member of the HCIMA. |

Awatef Moumni is our Executive Secretary. She holds a Baccalaureat and a secretarial diploma from the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences in Kairouan. She has 5 years’ experience working in the hotel industry and in business |

Dr Amor Boubakri is our legal consultant and lecturers in Public Law at the University of Sousse. Dr Boubakri holds a Masters Degree in Law and has published many papers. |

Kais Ben Letaifa is our lecturer in Business Management and finance. He is financial Controller of a leading group of hotels in Tunisia and has many years’ experience in the hotel industry. |

Andrew Cook is our visiting lecturer in Hospitality Management subjects. Andrew has owned a hotel in Wales for several years and has many year’s experience as a hotelier and also as a lecturer in Britain and overseas. Andrew holds an MA in Hospitality Management from the University of Wales |
